Triad can manage the design, development and implementation of a product, machine or display.
We'll make your project headaches a thing of the past, giving you peace of mind with complete project coordination. We'll even bring together multiple vendors on a single project if necessary so that you only have to deal with one entity.
We will work with you to coordinate or monitor communication between all vendors throughout the project timeline. This communication can help find issues early in the process, resulting in a better end product to be delivered on time and on budget.
PLC — Systems Hardware / Software
A programmable logic controller (PLC) is an industrial computer control system that continuously monitors the state of input devices and makes decisions based on a program that controls output devices.
We'll be working with you in developing your PLC hardware and software needs from the very start of the project. That way, we can design and/or assemble a system that meets your project goals while remaining on budget.
We will also work with you in programming your system, as well as drafting any documents you might need to submit to your end customer for a bid.
In the electrical world, UL stands for Underwriters Laboratories, an independent testing company that provides third party product safety standards and certifications. UL 508 is a UL safety standard for industrial control panels, and UL508A is a UL safety certification program that allows a panel shop to become UL-listed.
Triad will work with you in designing and/or assembling your control panel to meet these safety standards (both UL 508A Standard for Industrial Control Panels and the UL 698A Standard for Industrial Control Panels for Use in Hazardous Locations).
Having UL 508A and UL698A certifications will aid you in all future inspections involving your Authority of Jurisdiction. To get you there, we will work with the UL inspector while building your panel so that it can meet the standard.
